YourAutomation ("we", "us", or "our") operates YourAutomation.AI. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our wholesale automation platform, Chrome extension, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and business details you provide during onboarding.

Channel Data: We collect the names and URLs of Telegram and WhatsApp channels you configure for monitoring, along with deal criteria and preferences you set (ROI thresholds, brand preferences, product categories).

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, deals viewed, and extension activity.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. We receive and store your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and transaction history.

Uploaded Files: If you upload product catalogs or inventory files during onboarding, we store these securely and use them solely for configuring your automation.

3. How We Use Your Information

5. Chrome Extension Data

The YA Deal Analyzer Chrome Extension accesses Amazon and Walmart product pages you visit to extract product data (ASIN, item ID, price, title, BSR, seller information) for deal analysis. This data is sent to our servers at api.yourautomation.ai to calculate ROI, fees, and deal scores.

Permissions used: The extension requests the following browser permissions: storage (to save your settings and API key locally), activeTab and tabs (to detect which product page you are viewing), sidePanel (to display analysis results), and alarms (for periodic cache cleanup).

Auto-analyze: When enabled (the default), the extension automatically sends product identifiers from Amazon and Walmart product pages to our servers for analysis. You can disable this feature in the extension's Settings tab.

Local storage: The extension stores your API key, display preferences, and a cache of recent product lookups (up to 50 entries) locally in your browser. This data is not transmitted except as part of API requests.

The extension does not track your general browsing activity, collect data from pages other than supported marketplace product pages, or access any personal data from your browser. Extension data is associated with your account solely for providing the analysis service.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), secure authentication through Supabase, and row-level security policies on our database. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Deal data and scraped content are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements).

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

9. Cookies
