yourautomation provides business automation services including but not limited to:
- Data extraction and web scraping solutions
- Custom website development
- AI chatbot development and integration
- Workflow automation using tools like n8n
- System integration and API development
- Consulting and technical advisory services
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
- Ensure you have the legal right to access and process any data involved in our services
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Not use our automation tools to violate any third-party terms of service
- Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials or access tokens provided
- Promptly communicate any issues or changes in requirements
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and workflows developed specifically for their project. However, yourautomation retains ownership of:
- Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used in development
- General methodologies and processes
- Reusable components and templates
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement and outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
6. Service Availability
While we strive for maximum uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Automated systems may experience downtime due to maintenance, third-party service changes, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of planned maintenance.
7. Limitation of Liability
yourautomation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from third-party service changes or failures.
8. Data Handling
We handle client data with care and confidentiality. Data processed through our automation services remains the property of the client. We do not sell or share client data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable transition period and assist with data export. Outstanding payments remain due upon termination.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
