Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using YourAutomation.AI ("the Service"), operated by YourAutomation ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

YourAutomation.AI provides wholesale deal automation infrastructure, including but not limited to:

  • –Automated scraping and monitoring of Telegram and WhatsApp wholesale channels
  • –Deal scoring, ROI analysis, and product data enrichment
  • –The YA Deal Analyzer Chrome Extension for Amazon and Walmart product analysis
  • –Custom website and workflow automation services

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at admin@yourautomation.ai.

4. Subscription Plans & Payment

The Service is offered through tiered subscription plans:

  • –Starter ($44.99/month): Up to 5 monitored channels
  • –Growth ($74.99/month): Up to 12 monitored channels
  • –Pro ($89.99/month): Unlimited monitored channels

All plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • –Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • –Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
  • –Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written consent
  • –Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • –Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
  • –Use bots, scripts, scrapers, crawlers, or any automated means to access, interact with, or extract data from the Service
  • –Build, train, or develop any competing product, service, or model using data or outputs obtained from the Service
  • –Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or technical measures implemented by the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to software, source code, algorithms, scoring models, deal analysis methodologies, user interfaces, text, graphics, logos, icons, and design) are the exclusive property of YourAutomation and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes only. This license does not grant you any ownership interest in the Service or its underlying technology.

You may not:

  • –Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service
  • –Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, algorithms, or data structures of the Service
  • –Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Service
  • –Use any outputs, deal data, scoring results, or analytics from the Service to build, improve, or train a competing product or service
  • –Systematically download, store, or redistribute deal data or analysis results beyond your own personal use

Any unauthorized use of the Service or its intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account, as well as civil and criminal liability.

7. Data & Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Telegram, WhatsApp, Amazon, and SellerAmp. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of data obtained from these platforms. Deal scores, ROI calculations, and product data are provided as estimates and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for purchasing decisions. You are responsible for verifying all data before making business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOURAUTOMATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us at admin@yourautomation.ai.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
